Meet Our Founder
Katina Amadi
Katina Amadi is a woman of the people. She caters to the needs of her community by being the creator of three entities. She is the proud business owner of K-Marie Kare Productions, LLC, the founder of the non-profit community service group, An Attitude of Gratitude, and the executive producer and creator of her own dance production company.

In 2008, K-Marie Kare Productions, LLC is a salon that maintains as an air of sophistication and relaxation. As the stylists pamper guests, the worries outside the door cease. Amadi has been a professional stylist and makeup artist for 17 years, and expertise and passion present themselves in her work. "Care Beyond Hair" is the motto of her business. Her salon offers a variety of cosmetic services as well as a play area for children.

In 2009, An Attitude of Gratitude is a non-profit organization that consists of a group of nine women dedicated to community service. They are most known for their annual "Back-To-School Giveaway." This event provides 350-400 backpacks for students that attend Title I schools. So far, this group has sponsored that fundraiser for Hampton, Vandalia, Rankin, Washington Montessori Foust, Bluford "STEM," Wiley Elementary schools, Hope Academy Greensboro, Life Span Burlington, and Ronald E. McNair School. AAOG consists of local volunteers and creative team members such as Lisa Martin, Cassandra Gladney, Kesha Broadnax, and Jackie Evans. AAOG gave care bags or pocketbooks full of body care and feminine products. The products have served these organizations as follows: Homes and Shelters, Golden Living, Carolina Health Care, Brighton Gardens Starmount, Maple Grove Health & Rehabilitation, Hannah's Haven, Pathway's Center, YMCA Greensboro, Leslie House High Point, and Salvation Army of High Point.

In 2010, KMK Dance Production Company is a production company that characterized by its diversity of styles in the performance arts. These twenty-seven performers project an attitude of elegance, and precision when performing. They have put on multiple shows and are always able to astonish crows with their talents.

In addition to these successful ventures, Ms. Amadi has added campaign manager to the list for the 2015-2016 legislative Ralph C. Johnson, he was running to remain in his seat in the North Carolina State House Assembly. Amadi took on this overwhelming feat with the passion and dedication that a seasoned manager would have. She has a quick and inventive mind that was crucial to Mr. Johnson's success in the election.

Her latest project is the Amadi Way. This project is a land development project. She is looking to develop land on Perry Street. When complete, the facility will house a salon, an event center, a day care center and office space. The office space will be able to house local businesses or organizations as they grow and expand.
